Rental details.

 

Rates

The rental fee is $500. A discounted rate of $250 is offered to nonprofit organizations.

Rental rates are non-refundable.

Fees benefit the historic preservation and restoration of the cemeteries.

What’s included

Use of a designated area of the Historic Elmwood Pinewood or Settlers' Cemetery for one day.

The event fee includes the necessary city permit.

Parking

Off-site parking is available in nearby garages for both locations.

Limited onsite parking is available in Elmwood Pinewood upon approval.

Requirements and guidelines.

 

Any pre-event preparations or post-event clean-up must occur during the rental period. The renter is responsible for making sure all attendees and vendors are out of the cemetery by the end of the event.

All decorations, equipment, supplies, and trash must be removed from the grounds at the conclusion of the event, unless otherwise approved.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed if the client purchases the proper permit.

No guns or weapons of any type are allowed on the property.

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss as a consequence of the event

Rental insurance insurance is required. Details will be provided.

All event activities must take place on designated area noted on a map.

Visitors must be respectful of gravesites and plantings. Guests must stay off all headstones.
